This final work of graduation in business management has the purpose of indentify the attributes that the products through SMS offered by the sports media companies must have to please their customers and what are the deciders that increase the consumption of these services. To reach that objective, it was used participant observation research strategy in Esporte Interativo, a sports media company, bibliographic and documental references and field study proposing a questionnaire to customers of Esporte Interativo and Dono da Bola Facebook pages. Thus it was possible to propose some strategies that sports media companies should explore to retain and please their current consumers and acquire new ones.
