The aim of this study is to evaluate the fair price of the assets of the Gol Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes company. Based on the assumption of the company s cyclical profile and on data regarding income statements, balance sheets and growth expectations it was possible to reach the firm s theoretical value. The methodology used was the Discounted Cash Flow to Firm (DCFF).
