|
The purpose of this study is to understand the views of great art collectors in regards to the Brazilian art market. The global art market is currently undergoing a moment of great prosperity and growth, reaching historical record high valuations. The Brazilian art market is at the forefront of this movement, benefiting directly from an expansive economic boom along with general cultural advancements. Given this scenario, in depth interviews were conducted to better understand the evaluations of great collectors in relation to the Brazilian art market, with the goal of identifying opportunities and mapping out industry barriers and threats.
