Resumo:
This work attempts to analyze Facebook as a marketing tool for companies, trying to find out what kind of advertising activity they use inside this environment and how their relationship with the costumer works through this path. Besides search at the same time, what is the perception that the members from Facebook and potentially buyers, have about this kind of advertising effort. To finally, answer if Facebook is in fact, an important marketing tool.
