This Graduation Course Project intents to show how to develop, to plan and execute a project based on all knowledge areas given by PMBOK and throughout our graduation course in industrial engineering. This project aims to bring to new an old vintage habitation, converted into a Hostel, Gronne Cottage Hostel. It also shows all information towards Project Management in details as well as all required needs, economic analysis, strategic analysis.
