Resumo:
Sensors based on the Giant Magnetoimpedance (GMI) effect have been studied as a new alternative in the measurement of ultra-weak magnetic fields. These measurements require reduced magnetic interference, obtained by employing gradiometric configurations, whose performance depends on the homogeneity of the impedance characteristics of the sensor elements. In this work theoretical studies aiming at the implementation of an electronic circuit capable of homogenizing the phase characteristics of GMI samples are presented, followed by the description of the evolution of the developed circuit and are introduced simulation results that lead to the final configuration of the experimental assembly of the circuit
