Resumo: | |||||||||||||
Even though fanaticism has broken the time barrier in religious, sporting and religious demonstrations, how is this a phenomenon of social behaviour and to perceive it as a disorder is something that requires the attention of scholars and society as a whole. Being a fanatic requires no social class, race, creed or sex. Requires only an uncontrollable passion, an unexplainable love and exaggerated behaviours that goes beyond the normal range and the acceptable to break the barrier of the opinion of others.
Many dilemmas can be confronted by those who are considerate such as fanatics, as, for an example, the concessions that are made, the sacrifices that they go through in order to defend and claim to the world their idols or ideals. The price to pay for raising the flag of something that you believe in can be really high, but, for those people, there s no such thing as flag at half-mast, and the war isn t over, until the victory is declared.
In order to enable the comprehension of fanaticism and of the behaviour presented by the individuals considered as fanatics, it s necessary a visit to all of those areas affected in the present or in the past by those huge affection demonstrations, that, despite being originated from positive feelings such as love and admiration, can easily generate hate and anger.
