The Management System for Audiovisual Production aims to facilitate the professionals of cinema to cluster the information that is necessary for an Audiovisual project. A major advantage of the work is to reduce the time spent to gather all the important information that will be used in throughout the project production. For this, interviews were conducted with a Director’s Assistant, Finance’s Assistant and Production. The main difficulties that these professionals have with the tools available nowadays were raised, and along with the Advisor were studied possible solutions. With that came the Management System for Audiovisual Production.
