This project aimed to develop an artefact that helps interaction designers to build
interfaces more productive and enjoyable for users by improving its communicability.
SergEng has been designed to meet the needs of teaching and learning of Semiotic
Engineering and should therefore be easy to use and offer an effective means of
supporting the process of understanding and the development of meta-communication for
designers of systems interfaces.
