Resumo:
This Project was made to show the possibility of developing a module of control of an infusion pump for medicine applications, using only local contents with a competitive price. This pump shall have a micro processed flow control through a PIC. It all must be done having in mind short time and not having and industrial machinery for construction and mounting. The plan is divided in two parts: the theoretical which includes an analysis of what we have in the Brazilian infusion pump market and a Detailing Engineering Project of the whole system, and the practical which involves the pump mounting. For the second part, it was chosen a simple and specific model of the volumetric peristaltic pump and a stepper motor. The theoretical content will focus on the information, characteristics and specifications of all elements encompassed on the development of the ideal module for the control. Through it, it is possible to start the construction of the system. The practical part is dedicated to describe the real life mounting, showing the problems occurred and the necessary adaptations.
