This is a design system to control visits to the client by companies which provide services for broadband. Was motivated by the need to control the modems used in the installation of the service. Its operation based mobile environments provides easy access and simple to information necessary for the visits. Because the data are sent to mobile devices, there is no need for paper in any of the steps of the workflow. How employees will be enrolled by location, or have a locale code attached to your registration will be an optimization in the allocation of resources, in addition to saving time, since it will require the digitization of data and manual distribution of orders service.
