Resumo:
This study aims to understand the main reasons why the outsourcing of services for recruitment and selection, as well as the main advantages and disadvantages that lead to the internet companies. This theme has spread rapidly because it has become a competitive strategy, including leading the creation of new techniques of recruitment and selection, and aroused a great interest in the companies on the outsourcing of these processes.
