Resumo:
Since the theme of consumer satisfaction is widely studied since the early days of marketing, one can realize how important an opinion of a costumer on any sale of precuts or services is important for a company. The objective of this paper is to verify and analyze the level of satisfaction among dealers serviced by the Company Ultragaz S / A. Any organization depends on its customers to survive, for this reason keeping them happy is a tool of extreme importance for the future of any organization.
