Resumo:
The Study is about Clube de Regatas Vasco da Gama, a soccer club situated in São Cristovão neighborhood and located in the north region of Rio de Janeiro city. Its foundation was in 1898 and actually the Vasco da Gama Club has more than seven million of fans in all the regions of Brazilian territory. In the foreign countries, the club is known not just about its titles in all kind of sports, the main reason of their success is because of their origin and history. Nowadays according to the club, CRVG actually has 28.000 member fans paying monthly taxes, but just 9.000 have conditions to vote in a future election for select a new club president and this is very few for a big club that have a lot of several properties. This study has the purpose to show the importance of make a good marketing strategy focus on the club fans, a kind of person that can be a future club member and could help financially the CRVG with monthly payments. It could help CRVG to obtain new and different sponsorship and will show the clubs focus on their new objectives with trustworthy politic actions and could obtain the attention of the intern and extern market.
