Resumo:
The object of this monograph was to identify and analyze if the characteristics that shape the behavioral profile of the Generation Y can be considered sources of conflict by other generations that share the work environment with the former, according to the opinion of Human Resources professionals from a specific sector of Petrobras. It was possible to see, after field research, the presence of conflicts caused by the differences in behavioral profile of the Generation Y and its predecessors. It was identified, however, that such conflicts are, in their majority, functional, which does not impair the positive status and good relationship with this generation.
