The competition between the companies is more and more disputed, and a possible solution to get around the crises, would be investing in their main factor, that means, the human factor, therefore the more motivated the employees are, the better the performance of the organization will be.
This monograph was developed with the intention of identifing what the employees of the Concremat Companies perceive as motivating aspects in their work.
