This business plan aims to analyze the possibility and viability of establishing the Vila Napoli Pizzeria, a new restaurant in Vassouras, city in the state of Rio de Janeiro, specialized in pizza and with strong italian influence. Management will be familiar with three partners. The project has as differentials an exclusive menu, sophisticated environment and an alternative location. The expected opening is for a minimum period of two years.
