Resumo:
The objective of this study is presenting, through the real stories, the impact of Recognition Program through the organization culture of XYZ, embased by a culture of results and based in the employee’s meritocracy. The program s objective is recognizing employees who show, day by day, differents practices and attitudes, based on corporative values, through the employee’s valorization, businesses and concession zones. This study is important for future research on meritocracy, because it was proved that content employees can reach their maximum level of performance, when they are motivated, contributing to the organization’s growth.
