Resumo:
This present job deals with a case study that seeks to identify ways in which a small enterprise can minimize the loss of knowledge with the departure of an experienced professional, using the knowledge management as a way of doing it. Initially discusses what knowledge is, how it is created, how is transfered and how knowledge management can bring sustainable competitive advantage. Then, it tries to identify what are the most appropriate forms for that organization to retain this knowledge, so that it remains within the company, even with the departure of any person. And, finally, demonstrates that knowledge management serves as a tool to minimize such losses.
