This paper has the purpose of studyins the manegement of social responsibility, a theme that is being increasingly used in the corporate world and show the case of Stratageo Company. Having a better view of their investments, the staff opinion and so, it is possible to analyze where more investment is needed. As a company of exploration and production of oil, its activity is directly linked to environmental impacts, which leads to a greater need for concern with the environment and social responsability.
