Resumo:
The fast growth of the Internet in the world in the last years enabled us to think twice about communication strategies in all spheres. The last American election in 2008 was considered a landmark of social mobilization, and great influence of this happening is due to the used tools by Obama s campaign that managed to turn the voters into speakers. Having said that, the current paper seeks to show the best practices and directions indicated for future political and business campaings.
