This Business Plan is intended to analyze the feasibility of setting up a Hotel with the profile of a Spa, focus only in Alternative Therapy about self Knowledge, located in Rio de Janeiro and surround by the states of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. We sought to study the market in which it is inserted, critical success factors and return on capital, suggesting if the investment in this kind of establishment will be viable and profitable.
