Resumo:
This study was carried out aiming to characterize some attributes that, in the customer’s perception, are directly linked to satisfaction. The study starts with a research of the theoretical background regarding customer satisfaction and the factors that can influence it. Next, to try and identify the satisfaction yielding attributes customers value in the chosen enterprise, twenty customers were interviewed. The attributes cited with most frequency were cozy environment, friendly service, food quality, and varied menu options.
