Schatzi is a small, informal sweets company in Rio de Janeiro, in existence since September 2009. With an increasing number of customers, the company decided to structure itself to grow more efficiently and profitably. This business plan contains decisions made by the company to formalize by opening an industrial kitchen that is also a sales point in Ipanema. Rio de Janeiro, and mapping goals for next year.
