This work aims to identify and analyze the motivations that lead young people of the city of Rio de Janeiro to begin the consumption of alcoholic beverages
We used qualitative methods such as interviews, quantitative questionnaires and survey type, and review of literature.
Today, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is part of adolescence for many people, and even Brazilian law prohibiting the sale and consumption for 18 years, it actually does not happen in practice.
An analysis of the results obtained show that the literature review and the results were analyzed in order to understand what are the motives and influences that lead young people to engage in the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
