The analysis of the organizational climate of the company is an important management tool and objectively measures the degree of employee satisfaction. The study conducted by this thesis aimed to construct a research instrument that would enable the company CH Consultoria assesses your organizational climate. Among the factors that make up the survey questionnaire are: health, working conditions, morale, compensation, participation, communication, corporate image, subordinate-manager relationship and work organization. To validate the instrument, the application was made in a pilot group, enabling improvements to be made for further research applications.
