The following study has as main goal the analysis of whether the presence of Tobacco communication touchpoints with their consummers. This study was motivated by the constant communication that we have nowadays in point of sales, and to verify the communication effectiveness.
For this goal was achieved, we performed a literature search for the theoretical and field research to try to understand consumer behavior in the face of communications at the point of sale, allowing the analysis of their habits for the sales channel of convenience stores. The research has achieved remarkable results and showed the effectiveness of these communications for smokers and non-smokers.
