Resumo:
This work discusses how the mechanical workshops have to adapt themselves to the female customers, in an age where consumers are increasingly demanding. Through a literature review, based on renowned authors and research performed by recognized professionals, this work evaluates the overall effort to strengthen the relationship between the female customers and the mechanical workshops. Nowadays, it is essential to understand customers, to seek the maximum satisfaction and meet their needs, possessing marketing, an important function in every corporations, within this current way of focusing.
