This work aims to derive how much the point of sale, influences the perception ofclients before the store and also determine what the key attributes of attractiveness of the store and which influence the quality of care. Therefore the bibliography was taken from academic books and articles, covering topics such as MarketingServices, Retail and Sales Administration. Data collection was in two stages, first with informal interviews and then was handed a questionnaire to customers of the store. After collecting data and its analysis, we investigated the possible causes of the levels of satisfaction / dissatisfaction and suggested some improvements andadditional services that the company can implement.
