Resumo:
Therefore, the drug problem affects the whole society and its companies. Since the position of the organizations on this issue is a field that lacks studies on this information, I remade the studies of Benazzi and Vergara (2000) that dealt with this subject. For first, the study sought to find out to find the chemical dependency the company has. Dependent profiles were trying to find the fit to the corporate environments. In conclusion, there have been 16 interviews, where the companies located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, covering topics of addictions of the employees, policies and programs of recovering addicts and employability of the ex-dependents. The results helped built a scenario from the organizations perspective about the problem.
