Resumo:
The objective was to identify the real values that are perceived by customers in relation to the service of a supermarket located in a small town, which the name is Casimiro de Abreu and is located in the lake region of Rio de Janeiro state with approximately 35,737 inhabitants (IBGE-2010). With an increasing population in the quest to attract new customers and retaining more customers have been constant. The tool for conducting this loyalty is the unique service. For it was conducted and analyzed a survey of customer information of the Express supermarket in order to know what services are most relevant to retain them. To identify these values cited in the paragraph above, we applied an exploratory and descriptive research.
