Resumo:
This business plan is geared toward the creation of a new sales channel for the company Big Bag that acts in the sector of bags and travel accessories. Given that the Internet has experienced a considerable increase in e-commerce and lie on the rise, the new sales channel has been chosen to online sales. Analyze market trends, competitors are concerned, the strengths and weaknesses of the service chosen and what the vision of consumers in relation to this innovation proposed by the company through an exploratory investigation conducted with the same.
