Resumo:
This study aimed to measure the level of Cori Shop´s customer satisfaction in Shopping Leblon store in terms of the mix of retail marketing offered. To that end, it was important to investigate the factors that generate dissatisfaction, analyse suggestions to remedy these gaps, and understand the behavior of these customers to adjust the mix of retail marketing in order to attend them fully. It was found that, in general, customers are satisfied with the retail mix offered by the store, except for some factors of each variable of the mix described in the research.
