Resumo:
The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of oil companies social responsibility on consumer’s choice. This was done by researching the impressions clients have about the social actions practiced by the five largests counterparties in Rio de Janeiro: BR, Shell, Ipiranga, Esso and Texaco. Besides, this study aims to compare the view of oil companies staff versus the consumer view and also its vision about its own social responsible actions in comparison with the other players.
