Resumo:
Currently, football clubs are investing more in the relationship with their fans, as some of them have realized that their fans are potential customers and the clubs can earn money if they know how to relate with them. So, the objective of this study is to identify attitudes and behaviors of the female fans of CRVG - Clube de Regatas Vasco da Gama in relation to the products sold by the club and how they can be better promoted. To conduct this research, it was used a exploratory method, quantitative in nature, and based on a survey with primary data collected from a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.
