Resumo:
Disney is a reference for many in various categories such as entertainment, toys and rides, courseware and even in management strategy. This study aims to examine the theme parks and its mode of administration in order to identify consumer perceptions and admirers over the idea of a dream, fantasy, perfection and childhood that is behind a world that runs against the competition by satisfying their target and gain loyalty. The work contains a theoretical research, interviews with chief archivist of Disney and a survey of 120 respondents.
