Resumo:
The proposal of this work is to identify the elements that influence the satisfaction of the consumers of Artefruta eatable bouquets and to evaluate the performance of the company in accordance with the perception of its customers. The information of the perspective of the customers had been gotten through an interview, following a previously established script, consulting some consumers of this product. The results had supplied information on the strong points and weak points of the company and therefore made it possible to identify what characteristics satisfied the consumers the most, as well as the characteristics that demands greater attention from the company.
