Resumo:
The private pension plan has become a bigger concern for the worker in the face of uncertainties of the modern world. With the purpose of having a comfortable future financial situation, this investment it’s a good alternative, once the return of the social pensions, is not sufficient to achieve the goal. Large financial institutions, banks, are the most driven to the implementation of such a service. But not always such large entities offer the best returns, coming up to scene the small and medium enterprises as their competitors. Being the Previmil a small/medium size company, that operate in this competitive market, wonders how she manages to retain her costumers in base to survive, even with the strong presence of major competitors.
