This project contemplates the reconstruction of the Network of Academic
Profiles of PUC-Rio (RPA@PUC). It is a web system that assists the planning
and evaluation of academic data from the PUC-Rio`s postgraduate courses. The
current system has some problems like, for example, data duplication and high
maintenance costs. The new system will have facilities to avoid these problems.
This report contains a survey of the current system and the necessary
documentation for the construction of the new system.
