|
This paper presents a study of case of Capitóleo analyzing the
management of supplies. This study displays some methods to calculate
management of supply, as the model of maximums and minimums and the model
of supply levels. The study also shows the importance of the supply of security as
well as methods to calculate of it. As well as the methodology and application of
forecast of the demand using mobile averages exponentially.
This work intends to analyze the possible improvement for the management
of supplies of the company with the adoption of a quantitative model of
management of supplies.
