As organizations recognize that the main capital is intellectual and realize
their employees as essential to organizational strategy, it becomes an
essential focus on the study of human behavior. This study considers to
identify the relationship between APSA organizational culture and climate
and working environment climate - a review of the influence that the values
and mission of the institution in promoting behavior and employees
motivation.
