|
This study intends to serve as a guide for families that wish to implement
solutions and improvements related to corporate governance, succession
planning, inheritance and corporate tax costs. Also, intend to propose the
adoption of the best practices of corporate governance, wishing to increase the
value of family’s wealth and to contribute for its longevity.
As secondary goal, this study intends to suggest alternative solutions for
the creation of a holding, such as an investment club and an exclusive
investment fund.
