Resumo:
The NorteShopping is a venture that is consolidated in a carioca scenario and has influence in 52 burrows around it. However it was realized that there´s an opportunity to increase sales so such as earnings growth. For theoretical bases, a Competitive Strategy was used according to the Model of Porter and Mintzberg, Marketing of Places, Estages of Buying Process of Kotler and SWOT Matrix. The research consisted in sales analysis in segments and shopping, subsegments, idleness of some resources from the shopping center, strong and weak points, consumer profile and interviews with consumers and managers from NorteShopping. Were extracted options to increase sales, some more specific from Monday to Thursday, like a project A Diversão é por Nossa Conta, however the most recommendations are to increase sales in general, not just on monday to thursday.
