Resumo:
This study sought to identify the main points that make some consumers not to buy in Farm stores, and with that offer suggestions for the brand can reach this audience. The conclusion from this study was that the two main factors that lead some consumers not to buy in Farm stores are price and service care. So what we can offer is to improve the care, training the best sellers, and the price, it is suggested that periods of promotion are more widespread and extends to the general public, not only to registered customers.
