Resumo:
This final work of graduation in business management has the purpose of identifying the attributes that the consumer considers as most important when requesting information or signing up one or more news channels through SMS. Therefore, the bibliographic base has been extracted from books, internet websites and articles on concepts as consumer behavior, service marketing, marketing integrated communication and mobile marketing. The data collection has also been based on questionnaires and informal surveys with people who have already used the service of news through the mobile phone. Thus, it is possible to conclude the fundamental and necessary characteristics that the news through text message should have to acquire new users and please the current ones.
