Resumo:
This project consists in a study of various risks perceived by the customers when purchasing through the internet. These risks often lead costumers to choose a face to face purchase instead of buying online. For this reason, many companies have been working hard to eliminate or moderate customer’s concerns and ensure new users to their sites. The e-commerce is quite a new market in Brazil, that has great advantages to the company and as mainly to the clients, and it is continuously increasing in our country. With retailer stores and technology´s high-speed innovations, Internet shopping has everything to be the most comfortable, practical and reliable way of shopping for the consumer.
