Resumo:
This study aimed to show an overview of the strategy Outsourcing of Manpower, adopted by the company Losango Promoções de Vendas LTDA. It also shows the pros and cons of implementing the strategy as perceived by both the company and its customers. The results showed that among the advantages and disadvantages identified, the greater purpose that motivated the adoption of the Outsourcing of Manpower was the need to focus on a main goal in order to obtain competitive advantage in a highly volatile market, as it is. However, the disadvantages also need attention, as they may compromise the efficiency with which the desired goal has been reached.
