Arp fios e bordados is a family business that constitutes an essential part of
the national textile production chain and has contributed to the growth of the
Brazilian Textile market. The company’s sales have decreased in recent years due
to an increasingly competitive market and the lack of effective marketing strategies
to avert this scenario.
The purpose of this paper is to better understand this textile company and
elaborate a marketing plan that will aid stockholders in developing strategies that aim
at increasing sales numbers.
In conclusion, this study has indicated that it is possible to increase company
sales by employing the strategies proposed in the marketing plan.
