|
This work presents a case study developed for an oil & Gás exploration
and production Brazilian private company. It aims to analyze the management of
the processes of the projects portfolio with the main objective being the
standardization of the processes and also they can contribute to grow the oil and
Gás exploration, reaching the leadership of this business segment. The results
of this study are not only necessary for the administration of the projects portfolio
but they are also essential for the development and improvement of the company
as a whole.
