This study aims to relate the key variables that influence the quality of life of
employees who belong to the framework of socially responsible companies.
It was made a literature search that provided, as a basis for the present
study, two tools for benchmarking. The model proposed by Walton (1973) of
Quality of Life at Work (QLW) and the internal public indicator, management and
learning tools used by the Ethos Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility.
